We offer a variety of beauty and wellness services, including hair, nails, holistic facials, microcurrent facial rejuvenation, head spa treatments, permanent makeup for eyebrows and eyeliner, and ionic foot detox. Our salon is home to a team of independent beauty and wellness professionals, managing their own business and personally managing their own appointments. Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you, and your time is just as important as ours. We understand that life happens, but to keep things running smoothly, here’s what you need to know about cancellations, rescheduling, and running late:
*CANCELLATIONS & RESCEDULING- Please give at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Any changes made within 48 hours of appointment will be charged 50% of service total. Unpaid fees or ignored policies will result in a booking ban.
*NO CALL/NO SHOW- Missed your appointment without notice? A 50% charge still applies. More than one no-show will lead to a booking ban.
*DEPOSITS- All deposits are non-refundable. If you reschedule with proper notice, your deposit will move with you. If you cancel entirely, the deposit is forfeited and a new one will be required to book again.
*EMERGENCIES & ILLNESS- We understand that life happens. If something comes up or you’re not feeling well, please reach out as soon as possible. Reasonable exceptions can absolutely be made.
If you are sick, please stay home. We Truly appreciate you not sharing your germs with our team or other guests, and we’ll be happy to find another time for your appointment.
As independent service providers, we do not get paid when we are unable to work or when appointments go unfilled. Giving us as much notice as possible allows us the opportunity to adjust our schedules and possibly offer your appointment time to another guest.
* TARDINESS- Running behind? We allow a 10 minute grace period. If you’re later than that, your appointment might need to be rescheduled keep our day on track. A fee may apply.
*WEATHER & ROAD CONDITIONS - If weather makes it unsafe to travel, don’t worry- there is no fee to reschedule. If we decide to close due to road conditios, we’ll be in touch to find a new time for you. Your safety and ours is priority!
